Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

 

Starting Pay: $21/hour 

​

Responsibilities

​

- Implement behavior support plans and care plans developed by the behavior analyst​

- Collect and record data on the client's progress and behaviors​

- Use behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors​

- Collaborate with the behavior analyst and other team members to analyze data and make adjustments to treatment goals as necessary​

- Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and structured environment​

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

 

Requirements:

​

- High school diploma or equivalent​

-Ability to pass a background check​

- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds

​

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

 

Starting Pay: $21/hour
